Valentine's Week 2015: A Very Happy Promise Day

What does love or any other relation mean without assurances, without commitments, without promises?

Promise day is celebrated on the 5th day of the valentine week, i.e. just 3 days before THE VALENTINE’S DAY. This is the day, when you promise your partner to always be there with him/her, no matter what happens.
You can’t promise to give your loved one the world, but of course try to give a happy life. You can’t always promise to never ever make a mistake, but try the best you can.

You can’t promise that you’ll catch him/her whenever they will fall, but you can promise to always be close by so that you can always help to backup. You can never promise to make your love last forever as in fairytales, but promise to create ever lasting memories.

This is the day to speak without ego, live without intentions and care without expectations but just promise to be there in thick and thin. On this day lovers all over the world make promises to keep their relationship strong.

They share their feelings with their loved ones and promise them for a relationship. Out of all other days of the valentine’s week, this is the day with the deepest meaning. Your proposals, your roses, your hugs, your kisses or even your valentine won’t mean a thing without promises.

This word seems easy to spell and write though, but has a real heavy and a deep meaning, atleast for those who realize the worth of it!

All the sweet promises are made on this day, but do we really now need a declared or a special day to make promises to our loved ones?

Promises are not a matter of days they depend on the bond and the relation two people share. It is not important have your girlfriend or boyfriend for this, but any person you love, any person you admire or respect.

Love comes with a lot of responsibilities, commitments & promises. Make some new promises and try to fulfill old ones to concrete your relationship. “Promise little and do much.”

Happy promise day!
